【食戟のソーマ再現】なんちゃってローストポーク【アニメ飯】 Gotcha Pork Roast Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma #shorts #再現料理

今回はリクエストのあった漫画「食戟のソーマ」からなんちゃってローストポークを再現してみました
レシピは公式レシピ本に大体沿ってやってみましたが好みの問題でソースに勝手に砂糖を加えました

This time, I recreated the Gotcha Pork Roast from the manga “Shokugeki no Soma” as requested!
I tried to follow the recipe roughly from the official recipe book, but I added sugar to the sauce on my own due to a matter of taste.
