Impression of Shangri-La (By Makky)
Shangri-La(Xianggelila) is a cozy village often referred as Utopia,
which lies in Tibetan autonomous region of Yunnan district in China.
Since Shangri-La is about above 3,200 meters above the sea level and therefore we can see some rare beautiful alpine plants.
In Yunnan district, Shangri-La is the utmost place where we can feel the Tibetan manners customs there, especially Songzanlinsi Temple reminds us of Putala Palace in Lhasa.
A bit far from such a sight, we can see the Tibetan people’s life that has been taken over several centuries even though they already have modern infrastructures.
Shangri-La lets us flash the old days across our mind:a hometown or rural area in childhood where have beautiful sceneries and simple traditions,which cannot be substituted for anything.
シャングリラは中国雲南省デチェンチベット族自治区にある桃源郷と称される美しい町です。標高が高く、近隣の国立公園では珍しい高山植物を見る事もできます。
雲南省の中でも、特にシャングリラはチベット族の文化が非常に色濃く感じられる地域で,松賛林寺はラサのボタラ宮を彷彿させます。
観光地から少し離れた場所の集落では、電気、水道、ガスが通り近代化されながらも旧来の風習を脈々と引き継ぐ人々の暮らしを垣間みることができます。風習、自然の素朴な豊かさは何にも替えられないものだと改めて感じさせてくれる街です。（文・マッキー）
Chingdrol Dolmaさんはシャングリラ県の奥地出身の歌手で、現在、北京の音楽大生です。このチベット民謡は現代的なアレンジがなされているのですが、いろんな国の音楽に通じるところがある奥深い音楽ではないでしょうか。Aメロだけをくりかえしていく古謡。戦前の日本民謡にも共通するものを感じている、うどんさんです。
