We start the chapter with the 3 greats finalizing the 2 new 13 crown member when someone came with urgent message. It was an addition to the new 13 crown candidate and so late in the process too. With the addition candidate they had to rethink their decision. Then we came to the present time where they about to announce the new 13 crown as everyone murmur about the changing of the crown to be real. And the seat being taken are Behemolt and Glasya.
And the new crowns are…Narina and Mephisto. That mean Bachiko didn’t make it. Iruma being shocked and looked at Bachiko seeing that she accepted the result and clapped for the new member. After that a loud round of applauses happens. Sullivan recall back to the urgent last candidate and it was Narina and they can’t ignore him because he have the influence to move a lot of demon so they can’t ignore him. And it seem Bachiko was already decided but have to drop her to give the spot to Narina. And their new title (cough please don’t mind my awful translation of them) Narina is the dog emperor(狗帝(koute)) or just emperor(皇帝(koute)) and mephisto have been name the king of the outside board(???)
Then we have the other candidates zebubra coming in with a objection. Their objection is that they hold such a big party only to announce it will be too much and basically they were listing out things that he good at. Then Baal chime in and say it’ll be waste of the good candidates and then suggest to open up a new seat and Amaymon saying then is he gonna offer up his seat which he reply that there is one more seat open isn’t there and point to Delkira’s seat…(come to think of it there is only 12 of them huh I guess no one ever filled Delkira seat)
