Found this only anime pilot of Seikimatsu Leader den Takeshi! This series was created by the same guy who made Toriko. It won the 2001 Shogakukan Manga Award for children’s manga. I do not own the writes to this anime. All rights go to Shonen Jump and Seikimatsu Leader den Takeshi.
