Korean seaweed and beef recipe

Ingredients:
-A handful of dried Miyeok ( 2-3 cups when soaked )
-300 grams of beef
-10 cups of water
-2 tbsp of sesame oil
– 2 tbsp of soy sauce
– half a tsp of salt
– 3-4 cloves of garlic

-Soak Miyeok or seaweeds in a large bowl for at least 10-20 minutes
-Cut beef into thin bite pieces and add some pepper.
-In a large pot over medium high heat
– Sauté beef in sesame oil until the meat is no longer red.
– Add the seaweed and sauté for 5 minutes
– Add water and bring to boil.
– Add garlic, soy sauce and salt
– Cook for another 20-30 minutes.
– Serve it with steamed rice and side dishes. Enjoy!
