Hi everyone! In this bishoujo figure unboxing and review video I’ll be continuing with the third Furyu BiCute Bunnies Figure of a character from a Japanese manga/anime series called Kaguya-sama: Love is War (かぐや様は告らせたい ~天才たちの恋愛頭脳戦). Today, I’ll be taking a close detailed look at Hayasaka Ai (早坂 愛), who is a supporting character from the series. This Furyu figure of Hayasaka Ai shows her dressed in a white bunny costume instead of her Shuchi’in Academy uniform.

If you had missed the earlier unboxing and review of the other Love is War bunny figures, please refere to the following links to view them …

As a miniature painter, I get to work on figurines from scratch i.e. assembling and giving them a primer coat; all the way to painting them using either acrylic, lacquer, and/or enamel paints. In this series of unboxing videos, I hope to review in detail all the pre-painted figure additions to my collection with a critical eye both in terms of paint job as well as sculpt quality.

Most, if not all of the pre-painted figures in my collection will be reviewed in their original straight-out-of-the-box condition. If any retouch work is done to the figures, it will be explicitly stated in the video title and commentary. But for the most part, these pre-painted figurines will be reviewed without any modification to their original paint job as is the case for this figurine.

For the time being, these pre-painted figures are being ranked on a six-tier system (as described below) to help you decide if you would want them in your collection. Seeing how the quality of figurines are rapidly changing all the time, there is always the possibility this rating system will be expanded on. But until then, the meaning of the six-tiered rating is as follows:

Special (S-Rank) : Exceptional; a must-have even if you’re not a fan
Diamond (A-Rank) : Superb, an excellent addition to any collection, and a must-have for fans
Platinum (B-Rank) : Good addition to any figure collection
Gold (C-Rank) : Solid budget piece, worth getting if cost is a factor
Silver (D-Rank) : Decent but non-essential addition to any figure collection
Bronze (E-Rank) : Avoid, not worth it!

Close to the end of this video, I’ll be rating this pre-painted bishoujo figure of Hayasaka Ai so that you can make an informed decision to either add her to your collection, or not.
