今回のアニメ飯はぶっちぎり?!の第２話で摩利人くんが蛇走くんにあげていたマジバブを再現してみました

マジバブは恐らくオリジナルのケバブサンドだと思われたのでそのようにしてみましたが
サイズのおかしいきゅうりだけはどうにもならなかったので数が増えました

分量
牛とラム肉の挽き肉４００ｇ
塩コショウ４ｇ
ガラムマサラ大さじ１
フルーツパプリカ３つ
ピーマン３つ
玉ねぎ１つ
チリパウダー小さじ１
パン粉大さじ４
細挽きのパン粉適量

I tried to recreate the Majibab that Marito gave to Jabashiri in the second episode of the anime “Bucchigiri?

The Majibab was supposed to be an original kebab sandwich, so I tried to make it that way.

Portion size
400 g ground beef and lamb
4 g salt and pepper
1 tablespoon garam masala
3 fruit bell peppers
3 green pepper
1 onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
Appropriate amount of finely ground bread crumbs
