「父、ユズ、江戸前っ!」第415話 | あたしンち | [ENG sub]

What? Get up, Yuzuhiko. Wouldn’t you like some sashimi? Sashimi? Father and Yuzuhiko Go for Edomae. Uh, Father. Where are you planning to have sashimi? Edomae. Edomae? Are we taking the train? Of course. We’re going to Edomae, Tokyo Bay! – Father. – Yes? Why sashimi at Edomae, all of a sudden? What do you mean? You told me recently that you wanted Edomae sushi. (TV) We’re here at Tsukiji Market, filled with customers! [Super popular restaurant] (TV) Look at this huge eel! (TV) It’s so tasty, but I can’t fit it all in my mouth. Amazing. I can’t see the rice at all. Yeah? To me, it looks like the balance between sashimi and rice is off. I’d prefer it if the rice was long as well. Well, you wouldn’t be able to fit it in your mouth. You don’t get it, do you? It’s Edomae sushi. That looks so good! I wish I could eat it just once! I’d start with eel. Then sea urchin, salmon roe, tuna belly! Then halibut and amberjack! That’s the reason? That’s why you’re taking me fishing to Tokyo Bay? We’ll catch fresh fish and clean it. It’ll be great! Well, I don’t need for us to catch anything. A large piece of eel at a normal sushi restaurant is enough. Eel? Alright. Leave it to me. What? Eels? You can’t catch them. They’re nocturnal. And they can’t be found at this time of year. I see. You didn’t know? If you want to eat eel that badly… Welcome! Amazing! So this is Tsukiji Market! We could have just come here in the first place, couldn’t we? Yuzuhiko, isn’t that the place we saw on TV? Really? Where? What’s with this line? I can’t tell where it ends. We didn’t have anything after we got up. I’m hungry, too. Yes, come in! Yes, welcome! This isn’t a dream! This is sushi the chef is making on the spot. And it’s Edomae! What would you like? What’s the recommended menu today? Sea urchin is the recommended menu today. We have sea urchin with rice if you’d like to try. Sea urchin, huh. Amazing, Father. You’re not being swayed by the chef, instead choosing to check the sushi ingredients. He seems real mature! A chef’s special? A special set? Or otoro, perhaps? Sea urchin eggs and rice for two, please. Yes, sea urchin eggs and rice for two! Sea urchin eggs and rice for two! Rice? What about sashimi? Nigiri? Here’s your rice! And what’s this? I don’t hate sea urchin, but there’s way too much! This is amazing! This is Edomae, alright! You know, Father. Didn’t we come here to have sushi or sashimi… Huh? It’s nothing. [15 minutes later] It’s as I expected. This rice is really good, but there’s too much. I don’t want to waste it, though. Father? Sea urchin can get a bit cloying if you eat too much, huh. You’re right. You can have the rest. I don’t think I’ll be having sea urchin again anytime soon. Edomae really was different. My entire day is gone… Yuzuhiko, we’re getting off. We didn’t have to get up so early if you were going to fish at a fishing spot. Here it is. Got one! Look, Yuzuhiko!
