魔法の国ファンタジェリー。この国では人々の暮らしは、魔法使いによって支えられている。国の町外れの山の上に１人の魔法使いマンマ・タチバナが住んでいる。マンマ・タチバナは、魔法使いなのに魔法が苦手、だからお店にはお客が来ません。しかしそんな彼女でもたった一つ人に誇れるところがあります。それは、スイーツの天才だったのです…。そんなマンマのところに、今度お城で大スイーツ大会が開かれるという知らせが届き…。
