Multigrain breakfast in a minute! No sugar! I eat it every morning and lose weight. 🌱VEGAN. A recipe for a simple and delicious breakfast in a glass. Overnight oats. No-cook oatmeal. An easy recipe for breakfast, Multigrain snack.

5 large dates, pour boiling water over them for 15 minutes.
1/3 cup (30 g) of oatmeal.
1/4 cup (35 g) of chia seeds.
1/3 cup (35 g) of walnuts.
Lightly fry over medium heat.
1 tablespoon of flax seeds.
1 cup (240 ml) of milk of your choice. I use almond milk.
