Ninku: The Movie is an anime movie based on the manga series written and illustrated by Kōji Kiriyama.
The action takes place on the territory of a kingdom where there was a long and bloody war. The Empire wins, after which its own order is established. In fact, rules and laws, and those who fought against are outside the law. That is why special units or as they are called martial arts schools, where there is kung fu and ninjutsu, are declared villains. The Empire did a good job, because local people are now afraid of former martial arts masters, as well as the mention of such schools. This forces the captains and other small warriors to scatter across the country in search of a safe place.
Just the story of the former captain Fusuke. He is only 12 years old, but he managed to master the element of wind, which allowed him to defeat enemies. The young man is faced with the negative component of his past, and therefore is forced to survive in a difficult atmosphere. The young man has a hard time, but he has skills that allow him to defeat enemies. And not only will he have to meet with armed people of the Empire. There will also be other bandits hiding and using the situation for their own purposes. Fusuke will have a difficult task where he must try to clear his name, as well as cope with other equally important tasks.
