IS IT TOO SMALL?!? 😱 #DOOM #cosplay

I’m working on the skull crasher from Doom: The Dark Ages, and people are telling me that this blueprint and the final size will be actually too small. So, did I mess it up? No. And this is why. According to the lore, the Doomslayer is a pretty massive guy. 7 ft or 2.1 m to be precise. I’m building the skull crusher not for a fictional character though, but for myself. Otherwise, holding this thing would look ridiculous. And I’m only 1 m 74 tall, which is 20% smaller. Therefore, I had to scale down my scalp pressure as well. And I wanted to hold it comfortably in my hand. So, the grip had to fit. I will probably still need to get into lifting to hold it with one hand, though. So, this makes those already 3D printed skulls pretty cute and tiny. But that’s how scaling works for cosplay. So, what do you say now?
