An explanation of Zanka, the average cleaner. He speaks in a Kansai dialect and is Ludo’s tutor. He respects Engine and is quite attached to him, but sometimes they don’t get along. However, he gives Ludo a lot of useful advice. Zanka is an essential presence in Ludo’s growth in combat. Zanka’s true nature is that of a caring and observant Jingi. His “Love Stick” is a simple sasumata-style stick, but when combined with Zanka’s techniques it can be transformed into a powerful weapon. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as hitting and dominating the opponent, capturing by taking advantage of its shape, and detecting the enemy’s location by the vibrations it produces when hitting the ground. Its abilities are highly praised by Engine. Zanka describes himself as “extra-ordinary”, but this shows that he is aware of his own limitations and has worked hard to improve his abilities.
