So, like I said, it supports the channel and it’s much appreciated whether you do or you don’t. All right, guys. So, here we go. Kicking things off with the hot seat. And hopefully you guys are enjoying this video series on its new day, which is Sunday’s. And the book we’re talking about here is Power Rangers Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3, issue two. Now, it’s on the hot seat not because it’s a bad book. It’s on on the hot seat because it’s a type of book that I can see myself if saying like if it drops ever so slightly I can be like uh I’m going to drop this because I’m not the biggest Power Rangers guy. But what I liked about this book was the dynamic between the turtles and the Power Rangers. And I also like the um Foot Clan in here and Bbop and Rock Steady, how they’re like superpowered and stuff like that. And so it really caught my interest. But again, as soon as it dips down in quality, I can see myself dropping it. So that’s why it’s in the hot seat. This one is 24 pages, five bucks. Moving on to the book that’s on the rise. is this book is really good and I would always recommend this book to everybody out here if you are a fan of the thing and this is the thing issue five. So this is the issue where Ben Grim versus Wilson Fisk. Grim has uh Ben Grim has been protecting this young female and we found out in the last issue that this girl has some kind of powers and Wilson Fisk is after her and he’s been sending all his goons after Ben Grim to acquire her. So, now does Wilson Fisk have to take matters in his own hands? Really well done and well-written comic book. Definitely recommend it. 32 pages for dollars. Coming in at number 10, we have Spider-Man and Wolverine. This is issue five. So, this is the new character by the name of Dread Shadow. He’s versus Spider-Man and Wolverine. Now, this book has been a action-packed series. However, the one thing that held it back in a little bit was that Corey Andrews was not on the artwork on the last issue. Now, I forgot to check honestly if he was going to be on the artwork on this one. There’s a lot of great comic books coming out this week. I could have easily put something else in its place, but this is a series I think is just fun. Coming in at number nine, this one is Beneath the Trees where nobody sees the right of spring, issue three. So, the issue issue two of this volume was a little bit slow, but I think it’s still kind of setting things up. And when you look at the description of this book, um, years have gone by. I think it’s the year 1994 in this town. And what happens is the internet is coming online. And so people are discovering what the internet is. And what’s going on is our serial killer, Samantha, she’s kind of getting to see how things work and she’s trying to stay ahead of like certain like murder stories that are being out there and whatnot. And she can post on message boards. And so what does this have to do to the connection of uh the one female duck that is looking after her dead brother from the first volume? Well, we’re going to have to read it and find out. But this series is really good. Um, again, it’s in my top 10 in a very heavy comic book week. If you haven’t read Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees, read the first volume first, then pick this up. 36 pages, $5 for this book. Coming in at number eight, and it was really hard for me to put books in certain positions just because again, it’s such a heavy week. And this one is Superman issue 30. So what’s going on here is that if we remember last year it looked like Booster Gold was actually captured and now Superman is I guess finding him or teaming up with him and this is all going to lead into the events of DC KO. This legacy numbering is $873. 32 pages, $5. Coming in at number seven, we have Green Lantern issue 27. This has definitely been like crossing over between the Green Lantern Corp. And this book is fun, man. I just love seeing how Jordan, Guy Gardner, Kyle Rainer, and all the other lanterns here. And it feels like a Green Lantern book in a way of when Jeff John’s was writing it because it has all those other characters and it has all the entities and it is dealing with the emotional spectrum and I feel like that’s when Green Lantern in my opinion is the most fun. So, in this one, it looks like the the Green Lantern core is going to make a sh a shocking sacrifice, and they’re going to have the aid of maybe some characters that we haven’t seen in a long time. So, who are those characters? Well, we’ll have to wait and find out and and see what it’s about, right? Legacy numbering 594, 32 pages, $5 on this one. Coming in at number six, and you guys might be a little bit shocked because it’s it’s it’s a like a big character, but it’s it’s one of my favorite characters, and it’s Black Cat. This is issue two. So, Black Hat has basically decided to become the the hero here. Obviously, we get to see Spider-Man in the pages of his own book, not be the Spider-Man that we know. And if you’re currently reading Amazing Spider-Man, you know what I’m talking about. And we kind of get to see Black Cat fill that void. How is she going to be as a hero? Well, we’ll have to read it and find out. We wind up getting to see Tombstone and other gangsters keeping tabs on her to see if she’s going to stay in the straight and narrow when it comes to, you know, uh, when it comes to her. So, I don’t know. I like the artwork. I like the character. I’m still I’m looking forward to the adventures ahead. So, it’s 32 pages for the price of $4. Coming in at number five, we have Space Ghost. This is issue three. Still kicking off the opening stories here when it comes to the second volume, the last issue. we got to get introduced to Space Ghost’s uh newest um love interest from the past and who she was and kind of like what she did and she had like one of Space Ghost’s gauntlets to bend light to steal things. So, she was kind of like the black cat or the Catwoman in Space Ghost’s universe, right? So, it was pretty interesting. And now it looks like we’re going to get introduced to an ancient barbarian. And that’s what I like about this comic. You’re always getting introduced to new villains and adversaries that Space Coast uh can defeat. And Jan and Jace are really a lot of fun. There is a family dynamic in this book and the artwork is absolutely gorgeous. 32 pages, $5 for this book. Coming in at number four, we had Void Rivals. This is issue 23. So, this could be a interesting comic book. Now, if you guys are old like me and seen the Transformers animated movie, did you like Wheelie, that little rhyming Autobot, or did you hate him? I absolutely could not stand the dude. I’m like, the the thing was like a Dr. Seuss Autobot. He’s always rhyming and right? So, in this one, we get to see Wheelie meets Cobra Law. So, what is that book going to be about, right? Is he going to try to like outmaneuver them, outsmart them, right? That’s going to be wild. I think 32 pages for the price of $4. Coming in at number three, we have Escape. This is issue two. This is a new series from Rick Remender. It is a war book, but the characters are not human. They’re like animals, right? And in the last issue, we wind up getting to see uh the captain of the mission that flies the plane to deliver the package to defeat the enemy get shot down. But in that introductory issue, not only do you get to see the plane get shot down, right, but you get to see his entire crew get shot down. And it was hard to actually read that book one by one. You know, you get to see him losing all hope and possibly winning this final war, right? Well, now that his uh plane crashed, uh now he’s on enemy lines and he has to survive on enemy lines. How does he get out of there? Well, again, we’re going to have to read it and find out. Definitely looking forward to it. I love Rick Remener as a writer. I love how he can write anything as fun as Grommits and then as serious as this book right here. This one is 32 pages for the price of $4. Coming in at number two, absolutely love this book. Hide Street issue Nine. You got to love the storytelling in here um by Jeff John’s. And the artwork is phenomenally done in this book. And if you love horror stories, but actually has something else besides like anthology stories, right, or one and done, you’re going to want to read Hyde Street. This is so good. And in this story, we get introduced to Hyde Street’s own plastic surgeon. I think his name is like Dr. Ego or Ago or something like that. And uh I want to see his story. And it looks like he’s been dragged into High Street in the year of 1997. Uh I love everybody. I love Miss Goodbody. I love this guy. I love uh Frankie, Dr. X-ray. all striving to get 10,000 souls so they can re get released from Hide Street, right? But Prankie is the soul hoarder. Love the book, dude. 32 pages, $4 for this one. All right, guys. So, after number one, we are not done as we do have the noteworthy comic books to uh talk about. Now, going forward on the noteworthy stuff, I’m not going to be mentioning new number on’s because I have a new series that’s released on Fridays that’s called First Issue Fridays and it covers all the new number one issues coming out for the next comic book week. So, if you want to learn about those new number ones, check out First Issue Fridays. These noteworthy books are all series that are currently ongoing. So, here we go. The my number one most anticipated goes to Ultimate Spider-Man issue 21. Listen, we had a nice little dinner in the last issue and I’m just like, okay, enough of the dinner, enough of the eating, enough of the runaround. Let’s get to the action at hand. We only have a handful of issues when it comes to this series and let’s ramp up the action. Let’s get some Spider-Man in here at this point. It’s different when you got this book that might have been an ongoing, but when you’re limited now to 25 issues and you got four issues left after this one, you want to see some kickass action. So, here it says it’s the final meeting between Spidey and the Sinister 6. Like, what’s after that, you know? So, I don’t know, man. I am definitely looking forward to it and seeing how this whole thing is going to wrap up. This one is 32 pages, $5. All right, there’s those noteworthy comic books I was talking about. And we’re kicking it off with Marvel. And the first book we are talking about is X-Men. And this is issue 22. So I think this might be the last issue uh before we get to the Age of Revelation. I want to know a raise of hands or type Y for yes or no for N for no if you’re actually going to be reading the Age of Revelation comic books or some of them or at least one of them, right? Let me know in the comments section. All right. And then we have Daredevil. This is issue 25. This is a milestone issue for Solid Amed’s series here. Uh next we have a fun book. I think this one is pretty good, man. We have uh Godzilla destroys the Marvel universe issue three. I love how our Marvel heroes are trying to come up with some kind of way to to defeat Godzilla and uh and they kind of put a band-aid on the problem in the last issue, but uh yeah, Godzilla is going to be escaping once again. Here’s a book I almost put in the top 10. I think it’s very underrated book. One of the best Xbooks in my opinion here. This is Emma Frost, The White Queen. This is issue four. It’s a really solid book. Uh, and then we have another book where I’m interested to see where it’s going to go. SpiderGwen, Ghost Spider. That’s issue two. Then we move on to DC Comics. I’m surprised that I kind of overlooked the Absolute Wonder Woman issue 12. I was like, “Oh crap, I guess I just absolutely missed this one.” But nevertheless, Absolute Wonder Woman always continues to deliver. she’s been dealing with that uh maze situation and I think most recently she was escaping the maze and uh it’s a good book. It’s very solid. I think it’s Kelly Thompson’s best title yet. All right, the next one we’re talking about here is Justice League Unlimited issue 11. I don’t normally read this series, so that’s why I don’t um put it on my most anticipated, right? But this does have to do with the uh with KO. So this is a prelude to the event. So if you want to have everything that’s attached to KO, then read this book cuz I guess I am. Then we have Green Arrow issue 28, followed by Tom Taylor’s Detective Comics 1101. And then we have Superman Unlimited. This is issue five which is okay. And then we have Immortal Legend of Batman issue two. I think this is a six issue or six issue miniseries. Then we move on to those indie comics. We have The Invincible The Invincible. We have The Invincible Man, not The Invincible Man issue two. Uh same thing. I overlooked this book. This is a really good book. If you love like Universal Monsters, check this one out. And then we have News from the Fallout. This is issue four. And then we have Mark Spears Monsters. This is issue seven continuing on the wonderful series and work that he’s done. And this is a personal favorite of mine. This is Pin Pinup Apocalypse. This is issue six as it’s the conclusion to this series. And there you have it, guys. There are my top 10 most anticipated and noteworthy comics for September 24th, 2025. Hopefully you guys enjoyed it. Let me know all your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. And of course, I’ll leave you more content right here for you to click on.
