　「バケモノの子」は、「サマーウォーズ」などで知られる細田監督の最新作で、人間界とバケモノ界が存在する世界を舞台に、孤独な少年とバケモノの交流を描く。バケモノ界の渋天街（じゅうてんがい）で一、二を争う強さを誇るバケモノ・熊徹（くまてつ）の声を役所広司さん、熊徹の弟子になる人間の九太（きゅうた）の少年期を宮崎あおいさん、青年期を染谷将太さん、ヒロインの楓を広瀬すずさんが担当するほか、大泉洋さん、リリー・フランキーさん、津川雅彦さんらも声優を務めている。
