When Naruto Uzumaki became the 7th hokage of Konoha, he did so during a time of peace between the five great nations and during a time when Konoha’s economic growth had continued prosper at a rapid rate. The boy who saved the ninja world during the fourth great ninja war was now a man ready to lead the ninja world into a new era. However, despite the peace that exists between the five great nations, Naruto still has problems to address that go beyond working with his kage peers to maintain that peace. Some of the threats are Otsutsuki clan related, with villains like Momoshiki and Isshiki Otsutsuki popping up and others are threats like the cyborgs Code and Ada, with the former being the last inner member of the organization of Kara who has to be hunted down and disposed of. However, while Naruto has had to make a ton of tough decisions as hokage, none are tougher than the one he has to make here and the fall out from his decision will affect not only his legacy but also the legacy of his advisor Shikamaru Nara!
