'This man can not remain in power': Biden sends strong message to 'dictator' Putin

United States President Joe Biden has sent perhaps his strongest message yet to Vladimir Putin to end the war in Ukraine – while on a visit to Poland.

Mr Biden has called for his Russian counterpart to resign immediately.
