Today Wednesday, May 11, departure at 7 am, with a scheduled breakfast in another village, a little later, just to take advantage of the morning freshness to pedal.
As the difference in altitude is not significant, we decide to lengthen the stage with the aim of arriving at the Alcala factory as soon as possible on Friday.
So we still took advantage of the heat wave all day since we arrived after 114 kms.
The anecdote of the day was to be forced to find a way in the Spanish countryside, because we were surprised to find our road forbidden to access because of a collapsed bridge.
This unplanned detour allowed us to discover magnificent landscapes, hills colored by flowers, yellow, purple, red. Surprising in such a dry country!
