We started this chapter with Bachiko basically introducing how this is a party to decide the new 13 crowns and she talked about her concern right now and that is that none of the other candidates are talking. It is very awkward for her and wonder if she should introduce herself. Then she saw one guy playing on his phone, while the other one is humming. This throw her more into a dilemma. Before she can decide what to do Baal came out of nowhere to ask how they were doing. He tried to act all friendly with them saying he understand how nervous they must be and even add how it actually really troublesome to be in the 13 crowns, but people still seek out the seat.
He then talk about a river in the south that purple in color and the surface that reflect a rainbow color. It smells of flower and it is Delkira’s favorite and even tried to take it back. And the demon that builded a castle on top of that river is none other than Baal. A lot demon hesitated at first because Delkira love the river but since he’s in the 13 crowns he was able to do it. Basically with all the work that comes with being the 13 crown you also get great power. Then Baal told them that out of 4 demon only 2 will be picked for the seat. Then he left with that word and it left an even more awkward and tense air but that what excited Bachiko and the 2 others.
Then Bachiko imagine what she’ll do when she become the 13 crowns and even imagine a smiling Iruma waving at her she want to make a place that safe for human(god what’s with all the death flag) we end the chapter with Fenrir and Iruma.
