After releasing xxxHOLiC (Kodansha), Tokyo Babylon (Kadokawa) and Magic Knight Rayearth (Kodansha), it is once again the turn of a work by Kadokawa to be re-released in the new CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION edition.
The cover of this volume presents us with an unprecedented illustration by Kamiu Shirou and surprised CLAMP fans a lot by revealing a Kamui drawn with new traits. This new style divided the fans a lot, some liked it and others didn’t like it so much, they say it has childlike traits while other fans defend CLAMP’s new style of drawing their characters (this style has already caused an impact since Tokyo Babylon and Rayearth).
In the inner corner of the obi of each volume there will be a seal that must be detached in order to obtain the tarot cards announced on the obi.
All volumes of this collection have already been announced and have defined release dates, from volume 1 to volume 18.5, which kills our hopes of having the manga continue in this edition.
At the beginning of this first volume we have some illustrations, including the classic illustration of the first volume and the first page is in color.
The music is by composer Philip Glass.

Após lançar xxxHOLiC (Kodansha), Tokyo Babylon (Kadokawa) e Magic Knight Rayearth (Kodansha), novamente é a vez de uma obra da Kadokawa ser relançada na nova edição CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION.
A capa deste volume nos apresenta uma ilustração inédita de Kamiu Shirou e surpreendeu bastante os fãs do CLAMP ao revelar um Kamui desenhado com novos traços. Este novo estilo dividiu bastante os fãs, alguns gostaram e outros não gostaram tanto, dizem que ele está com traços infantilizados enquanto outros fãs defendem um novo estilo do CLAMP de desenhar seus personagens (estilo este que já causou impacto desde Tokyo Babylon e Rayearth).
No canto interior do obi de cada volume seguirá um selo que deverá ser destacado para se obter as cartas de tarot anunciadas no obi.
Todos os volumes desta coleção já foram anunciados e possuem datas definidas para lançamento, do volume 1 ao volume 18.5, o que nos mata a esperança de ter a continuação do mangá nesta edição.
No início deste primeiro volume temos algumas ilustrações, incluindo a ilustração clássica do primeiro volume e a primeira página está colorida.
