第445回は、極度の人見知りで陰キャな少女・後藤ひとりが個性豊かなメンバーとともに成長していく姿に共感を集めているアニメ『ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！』より、結束バンドが再登場。
夏フェスやZeppツアー、さらには海外へと活躍の場を広げる結束バンドが今回披露するのは、新曲「月並みに輝け」。
『劇場総集編ぼっち・ざ・ろっく！ Re:』のオープニングテーマでもある本楽曲を、結束バンドのギターボーカル・喜多郁代役の長谷川育美の歌唱による「THE FIRST TAKE」だけのスペシャルパフォーマンスで一発撮りを披露。
