太鼓を演奏されているのは「千葉神楽太鼓」の皆さんです。
This image is the state of “Isobe Furusato Festival” (2019.7.28) which was held in Mihama Ward, Chiba City.
It is the people of “Chiba Kagura drum” that is playing Japanese drums at the Bon Odori convention.
