With the long-running Toyota Avalon discontinued, #Toyota has a replacement flagship sedan and the company has decided to return the #ToyotaCrown name after a few decades long absence. The #CrownPlatinum is also the first Toyota sedan to get their new #HybridMax powertrain borrowed from Lexus. Expect a PHEV to become available at some point and perhaps an actual SUV built on the Crown platform.
