Piano cover of “Oukaranman,” the opening to Kyoukai no Rinne. I’ve been browsing the Spring 2015 anime OP and EDs that have been previewed so far, and this song was the one that immediately caught my attention. I’m not sure how the show’s going to be yet, but if it’s anywhere near as good as this song, I’ll be looking forward to it. This catchy song by KEYTALK has been stuck in my head ever since I first heard it, so I figured I might as well make a cover of it. Its liberal use of the pentatonic scale lends an old-school flavor to this song, very appropriate for Rumiko Takahashi.
Hmm, I think I actually like my arrangement for the endcard more than my main cover xD
