If you can’t understand what i’m saying, CC is available!
Nothing more than a wannabe analysis of a strange anime with a big heart. I tried to make the text entirely “spoiler free”, but there are some visual spoilers for ALL of the Monogatari, from “Bakemonogatari” to “Owarimonogatari 2”, that I simply had to insert. But, decontestualized as they are, I don’t think they will spoil your enjoyment.

The funny part about this whole “Understanding the Monogatari Series” thing (besides try to write and read in a language that I know but isn’t “my”) is that I started writing saying to myself “yeah, I will end up licking the Monogatari Series ass for one hour”, while I think the result is far from it. In fact, I found more entertaining writing and discovering its problems than talking about its strengths, because I thought the Monogatari Series was a perfect gem, while probably has more cons than pros!
However, despite probably lots of grammatical errors and a very bad pronunciation, I hope you will enjoy nonetheless my interpretation of a very special series.
