Episode Description (Scroll to “Anime Introduction” if you don’t know the anime):
Seika Lamprogue agrees to represent the graduating class at the opening ceremony. He has been thinking that he became timid due to his demise in his past life and decides to act less.
Meanwhile the demon assassins that want to kill the Hero Amu arrive at the academy. They teleport into the academy city only to find themselves surrounded by red mist. Not bothered by this they attackt the students but soon realize that something is weird. One of the demons fights versus Mabel. Just before beating Mabel she gets saved by Seika.
A bit later all the demons convene at a place that wasnt supposed to be their meeting place. They all then realize that something is very wrong. This shows further in the fact that all of the people the defeated had turned into charms. Just before they retreat Seika appears singing a poem from his previous world. The leading demon Solmnem uses his ability and freezes in shock. Meanwhile Seika obliterates the other demon assassins (Muderev, Ry Nno, Pirisralia) and summons a white snake. Once only Solmnem and Gal Ganis remain, the leading demon snaps back to reality and tells Ganis that his ability to show a persons stats identifies Seika as the devil king. He then sacrifices himself to let Ganis flee. Thus Ganis manages to escape the academy city but soon dies anyways from Seikas long range attack. The way Seika dealt with the devils even scared his trusted companion Yuki. Soon after Mabel appears to warn Seika about the assassins. But he reassures her that everything is alright.
On the day of the opening ceremony some knights burst into the academy. They claim that Amu killed infernal ambassadors and shall be detained for treason. Amu, Mabel and Efa and even Seika are shocked.
Anime Introduction:
Despite standing at the zenith as the strongest exorcist, Haruyoshi Kuga sought even greater power, which led to his demise at the hands of those who envied his might. As he draws his last breath, he casts a spell that allows him to reincarnate and swears to become more cunning, hoping that all his efforts will prove useful in his next life.
Haruyoshi is soon reborn in another world as Seika Lamprogue, an illegitimate son of a noble family that prides itself on magic. However, his new family largely ignores him due to his lineage and magic deficiency. Nevertheless, the unbothered Seika leverages the knowledge from his previous life to make numerous valuable allies. As he begins to explore the true limits of his abilities, Seika must also be wary of the consequences that tarnished his past and avoid repeating the same mistakes. (MAL)
