In Naruto the Last, could Kakashi have stopped the meteor? Nope. Didn’t seem like he had anything up his sleeve. If he was capable of stopping it he would’ve acted immediately.
When Sasuke destroys the meteor in The Last, does he combine his chidori with Almighty Push? … In the gif above, you can only see Sasuke turning the meteor to dust with Chidori. You don’t see him pushing it away, not much at least. Sasuke has never shown any techniques from the Deva Path other than Chibaku Tensei.
