The authoring of the DVD is quite weird. A lot of compression artifacts (plus chroma bleed) which makes me wonder if this was originally intended to be an LD release that was switched last-minute to DVD as the former format approached its end.
The sudden shortened cut of the Media Factory logo to the OP is part of the disc.
