「復康互助會」是由長期病患者及照顧者自發組成的非牟利團體，於二零一五年成立，並已向香港社團註冊處註冊。
為各類長期病患者及照顧者提供關顧服務，重點目標是：
1. 鼓勵會員參與相關活動，分享及交流經驗，發揮自助、互助之共濟精神，提升患者對復康的積極態度；
2. 促進大眾認識長期病患者及照顧者的困難及服務需要，並認同長期病患康復者及家屬對社會的貢獻，構建正面形象。

“Association of Rehabilitation and Mutual Support” is a non-profit organization voluntarily formed by chronically ill patients and caregivers. It was established in 2015 and has been registered with the Hong Kong Registrar of Societies.
Provision of caring services to all types of chronically ill patients and caregivers, with following key objectives:
1. Encouraging members to participate in relevant activities, share and exchange experiences, bringing into play the spirit of self-help and mutual support, and enhancing patients’ positive attitude towards rehabilitation;
2. Promoting public understanding of the difficulties and service needs of chronically ill patients and their caregivers, recognizing the contributions of recovered chronically ill patients and their families to society, and building a positive image.
