The FC Barcelona players may get to enjoy the real thing on a weekly basis, but that doesn’t mean they don’t also enjoy virtual footy too! And the third edition of the Pro Player Tournament organised by EA Sports, an official partner of the club since 2013, gave us the perfect chance to see if they’re as good with the videogame controls as they are with their feet.

To put them to the test, two teams of three both played the new FIFA16 game as FC Barcelona. Bravo, Dani Alves and Arda Turan were in control of the team wearing the traditional first strip, while Ter Stegen, Jordi Alba and Neymar Jr played in the yellow second kit.

As expected, there were plenty of laughs and jolly japes from start to finish, but as you can see in the video, there was only really one team in it. Ter Stegen, Jordi Alba and Neymar Jr cruised a 4-0 victory, and weren’t even affected by having a man sent off.

After the victors had been presented with their trophy, Alves griped to the ‘press’ that his opponents had only won because “they got a bit of luck towards the end.” Neymar was having none of that though. “It was a really easy game!” he laughed.
