Anime + Horror/Gore + Filipino Culture/Folklore? Sign me up! I honestly started watching this not knowing what to expect. In the end, I really enjoyed seeing all the different interpretations of the creatures and noticing the little details that only Filipinos will truly understand. My roommate looked at me when I started freaking out over the Chocnut but it was those little things that really made me appreciate the show so much more. Hope they come out with the next season soon and make it longer so that the story and the characters can be expanded upon more.
This was just a quick cover of the ending song. Never have I ever recorded, edited, and finished the video all in one weekend, at least in recent memory. But really, this was just a small project just to show my love for the show. Normally I would have made English lyrics but it’s been forever since I’ve sung something in Tagalog (the last one I did was also a quick project but was a whole mess, now that I listen back to it).
