Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha is one of the best anime series of Mahou Shoujo genre. There is 5 TV series (Nanoha, A’s, StrikerS, Vivid, Vidiv Strike), 4 movies, manga, and games. First 2 movies happens to be movie adaptations of the first 2 series. And I highly recommend to beging watching Nanoha series from them (since they better then TV). Later 2 movies is based on PSP game Gears of Destiny. But have major changes in plot (game is even better).
