Tennis world number 1 Novak Djokovic has been cleared to leave immigration detention and play in the Australian open, after the Federal Circuit Court sensationally overturned the Morrison Government’s decision to cancel his visa.
But it’s not quite game, set and match for the tennis star, with the federal government could still move to deport him.
A spokesman for the Immigration Minister says Alex Hawke is still weighing up his decision.
