Henlo, my Famboos! 🐼 It’s been a while since I’ve sang something from World Masterpiece Theater and I’m happy to sing this one for all of you. This song is from the anime, Romeo’s Blue Skies or Mga Munting Pangarap ni Romeo as we call it here in the Philippines. I honestly never considered singing this one soon or at least this year because I think this song is not really my style. But when I heard it again these past few days, I remembered how it made my heart smile when I first heard it. 💖
I didn’t get the chance to watch this anime when it was aired here in the Philippines back in 1997. Other kids used to sing the “Black Brothers’ Theme” or “Ang Itim na Magkakapatid” all the time when it was airing. It just sucks that our television couldn’t get a decent signal from the local channel that was airing it. But last year, I was able to finally watch this and in Filipino (Tagalog)! The story is good and I think I might have liked it better if I watched it when I was younger. In this series, my favourite character is Nikita. You see, I was a bit of a tomboy before and I used to have more male friends than female friends. Heehee~! 🐼
