収穫要塞を二基とも失ったシュウサイは
焼け爛れた機体を引きずって
陣を後方へ引いていく。

一方、カンベエたちも
村に戻り決戦前のつかの間の休息を取る。

サムライと農民が
一致団結して
野伏せりを撃退したという事実は、
何時にしか身分を越えた連帯感を生んでいた。

決戦を前に
農民たちの主食である水粥を
サムライたちの水杯として振舞うカンベエ。

―雨音。
はためく軍旗。
カンベエの檄が飛ぶ。

勝負はこの一撃で決まる、と・・・!!!
