カンナ村を襲撃してきた野伏せりを
撃退したものの、
リキチの妻サナエをはじめ
捕らわれた女たちは
「都」に連れて行かれた後だった。

カンベエは焼け落ちた村の再建をシチロージに託し、
ひとり都を求め旅立っていく。

カンベエに取り残され
苛立ちを隠せないカツシロウ。

一方、カンナ村での野伏せり壊滅の情報は、
虹雅渓の新たな差配となったウキョウの下にも
届いていた。

都へ就任挨拶に向かうウキョウの眼は
企みを秘め、鋭く光る・・・。
