Welcome to my review of Edens Zero Volume 15: So We Can Smile Brighter by Hiro Mashima. Shiki is in a rough spot getting beaten by Justice until Elsie comes in for the save and we learn a lot about Elsie and Justice, or should I say James and their pasts. There is some great development with Weisz and Hermit with the reintroduction of the Dr. Muller, as we learn that he was the one who turned Kris into a cyborg and mentally and emotionally scarred his younger sister, Kleene. We also get introduced to a new character named Xenolith, master of Gravity Ether Gear and Ziggy’s former teacher. Elsewhere, Poseidon Nero plots his next move, and we meet the Oceans 6, the next faction of villains led by Nero’s son, Shura who also happens to be a Gravity Ether Gear user that was taught by Ziggy. Shura is as ruthless as they come having murdered two innocent women for fun in the last volume and in this volume, he even murders Cyca, one of the Oceans 6. It looks like all three Gravity Ether Gear users will be converging for an epic showdown in the coming volumes, and I can’t wait. Volume 16 is set to release in April.
