La historia de xxxHOLIC es de las complejas que hay en todo el universo que ha hecho el grupo CLAMP, estando a la altura de Tsbuasa Reservoir Chronicle. Al manejar diversos temas, al igual que diferentes conexiones con otras historia de CLAMP, nos puede confundir un poco al momento de ver tanto el anime como manga.
