Hello again! Here’s a medley of Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou’s opening and ending theme songs: “Ugoku, Ugoku” and “More One Night”

After surviving the hellish process that was arranging Sayonara Moon Town, I decided to approach this song with very few expectations. My goal was to achieve a satisfactory quality while aiming to finish it as quickly as possible.

…That sounds kind of contradictory, so let me elaborate: once I felt a portion of my arrangement was complete, I would move on and avoid improving it further like I typically would’ve done. As a result, arranging was so much more enjoyable! The fact that I rarely arrange upbeat songs also played a factor in how experimental and fun it was, but the main reason came from treating the goal for perfection not as a requirement, but a curse (seriously, it’ll suck the life out of ya).

This whole process has really made me feel nostalgic for the time when I was just uploading my first videos. There were no eyes looking at me– no pressure, and my arrangements were made out of pure enjoyment for anime and music. I’m not saying my most recent arrangements don’t have that kind of emotional attachment to it, but *that’s* the feeling I want to constantly remind myself of while pushing forward.
