Quarantine Platform has secret cages for holding Skull Soldiers and the Man on Fire in the game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. See which cages are populated with Skull Soldier [Mist], Skull Soldier [Armor], and Skull Soldier [Camouflage], and Man on Fire on the Mother Base Quarantine Platform. Includes tips on how to defeat all three types of Skull Soldiers and a walkthrough of each. In order to extract Skull Soldiers, you need to first complete Mission 29. The Man on Fire is extracted after completing Side Op 144 (Secure the Remains of the Man on Fire). The Skull Soldier [Mist] can be gotten from Mission 1 and 6. The Skull Soldier [Armor] can be gotten from Mission 16, 29, 37, and 42. Skull Soldier [Camouflage] can be gotten from Mission 28 and 48.
